Returns & Exchanges

At Mud Hole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all returned garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
