This kit contains all of the parts needed to build 20 inline spinners. The only tool required for assembly is a pair of needle nose pliers to create the loop at the wire.
The French blade is used in many high end commercial spinners. With a weighted blade these require a faster retrieve or moving water to work effectively. Great spinners for Steelhead, Salmon, Trout of all species, Walleye & Pan Fish.
